Our 2-roll JY straightening machines are used for straightening of black bars and peeled bars. Available for all metal materials,not limited ferrous or non-ferrous. It can form a production line with our centerless peeling machine. If straightness of the Job is more than 1.5 mm/m, it should be pre-straightened before peeling is recommended. After precision straightening, straightness is up to 0.15~0.4 mm/m and roughness is < 1µm. Loading and unloading system can be supplied for manual or automatic operation.
